14. Memorial application
Memorial application form
To place a memorial or add an inscription to an existing memorial in either Seaton, Sidbury or Sidmouth cemetery your stonemason will need to complete an application.
Before an application can be made the application must hold the exclusive right of burial in the grave or ashes plot.
This form is to be completed by the stonemason on behalf of the applicant.
