Building regulations applications can be submitted electronically via the 'Submit-A-Plan' system.
The forms are completed online and the drawings uploaded to the Submit-A-Plan website. Your application is then emailed to us by Resolution Ltd for assessment. An electronic receipt will be emailed to you once we have received the application.
The website is secure and there is a straight forward registration process. There is no additional charge for this service.
Due to budget constraints we are unable to print off drawings in order to issue approved drawings. Should you require a stamped approved set of plans for your full plans application a hardcopy will also be required.
