Serviced office accommodation is available to let. The licence fee includes:

The licence fee excludes telephone and contents insurance.

All offices are available on standard monthly licence agreements.

The central reception facility is available to handle phone calls for businesses when they are not on site, secretarial services, photocopying and franking of mail.

Conference, training and display facilities

Conference and training facilities are available on a half day or daily basis. Our conference room is air conditioned with variable lighting and seats up to 25 (boardroom style) and 40 (theatre style).

For training sessions or small meetings, our air conditioned training room is ideal for groups up to 16 (board room) and 24 (theatre style).

It is an ideal place to display projection media, artwork, quality bespoke furniture, small components - all to enhance your business profile. Art exhibited charged on a sale commission basis only.
