The Valuation Office Agency (VOA) is reviewing all rateable values. Draft revaluations will be available in October 2016 from the VOA - not East Devon District Council.
A rateable value normally represents the annual rental value of a non-domestic property on a set valuation date in the open market.
Current rateable values, which came into effect on 1 April 2010, represent rental values as at 1 April 2008.
The VOA has a list of business rate valuations for you to check the 2010 and 2005 rateable value for a property. You can also:
- compare your valuation with others
- amend your property details
- appeal your valuation or find your appeal information
We may not yet have been notified of any recent amendments to the Rating List.
