Since the District Council was first formed back in the 1970s each of our three cemeteries, Seaton, Sidmouth and Sidbury, have had their own set of regulations.  We have now decided to combine these into one set of modernised regulations that will cover all three cemeteries. 

Our officers are currently preparing a draft set of regulations and we plan to consult on these in Autumn 2016.  This means that before the regulations are finally agreed we will ask for comments from those with an interest in the cemeteries.  This will include local undertakers, grave diggers, faith groups and Seaton and Sidmouth Town Councils.
