3. Senior level pay
The Chief Executive’s pay is determined by Executive Board and Full Council. Other senior officer pay not within the National Joint Council (NJC) grading structure is determined by Executive Board and Full Council.
Salary increases in relation to cost of living will be made in line with National Joint Council recommendations.
