Seaton Wetlands Tuesday Task Force (8 January)

Practical conservation tasks at the Seaton Wetlands

This group meets most Tuesdays between 9.30am till around lunchtime - but you can put in as many hours as you like.

Tasks could involve construction work such as fencing, boardwalk building and bridge repairs as well as the maintenance of the hides, platforms and hedgerows. The group also helps to develop and maintain natural habitats to encourage wildlife at the site.

No experience is needed - just bring along your enthusiasm and be prepared to get mucky!

All of the volunteers are offered first aid training and there are at least two social events a year.
