The Countryside team is keen to improve access to Seaton Wetlands for visitors with limited mobility, a tramper (off-road mobility scooter) is available for hire when trained staff are on duty.

We also have a number of volunteers who have been trained to guide visitors with a visual impairment around the Wetlands.

Before you borrow the tramper it is essential you book with the Countryside team.

To hire the tramper you must be a member of the Countryside Mobility scheme you can become a member at any of the tramper sites. Membership is either £2.50 for 2 weeks or £10 for the year this allows you to use the tramper at sites across the UK. Membership can be paid for by cash or cheque (made payable to Living Options) at Seaton Wetlands.

The suggested donation of hiring the tramper from Seaton Wetlands is £5.  

Hire the Reed Base

The Reed Base is a classroom space found in the heart of Seaton Wetlands.
