Action East Devon: working with the people, communities and organisations of East Devon to support happier and healthier lives.

Active Devon: community-focused, non-profit organisation dedicated to inspiring and supporting Devon to be active. Plays a key role in delivering Sport England and other governmental initiatives and programmes.

Devon care and health: Devon County Council and the NHS work together to improve the health of people in Devon and make sure everyone across the county has equal access to health services.

Healthwatch Devon: Independent consumer champion for health and social care in Devon.

LED Community Leisure: Run sports and leisure activities on behalf of the council. Centres in Axminster, Colyton, Sidmouth, Broadclyst, Exmouth, Honiton, Ottery St Mary and Seaton. LED Community Leisure also offer community sports and health development projects.

NHS website: Reliable health information and guidance on all aspects of health and healthcare.

Open Door Exmouth: charity combating isolation and poverty, developing skills, promoting positive mental health and wellbeing, and supporting those most in need within the town.

Project Food: sharing the importance of cooking, eating and sharing proper food.

Together for Devon is a partnership of health and social care organisations working together with local communities across Devon, Plymouth and Torbay to improve people’s health, wellbeing and care.

UK Health Security Agency [UKHSA] and Office for Health Improvement and Disparities [OHID] replaced Public Health England [PHE] in 2021: the executive agency sponsored by the Department of Health, existing to protect and improve the nation's health and wellbeing, and reduce health inequalities.

Honiton Health Matters: led by local people for local people living in Honiton and its neighbouring villages.

Light Up Axminster: Make their town a better place to live, work and visit, through celebratory events that bring the community together.

Ottery Health Matters: related to people’s health and wellbeing in Ottery St Mary and District.

Seaton Area Health Matters: providing a network for organisations, groups and individuals to improve health and wellbeing outcomes for people living in Seaton and the surrounding parishes.

Sid Valley HELP: supporting all residents of the Sid Valley in times of illness, loneliness, difficulty or life-changing circumstances.

WEB Community Health & Wellbeing Board: working to enable communities in the Woodbury, Exmouth & Budleigh [WEB] area to help develop their own health and care services.
