The Jack Riley Trust

The Jack Riley Trust supports young people in Devon aged 25 and under. The Trust can support individuals and new or existing youth or activity groups. Its focus is on mentoring and the personal development of young people by young people. There must be a real need of financial support. The Percy Bilton Charity

Funding for a wide variety of worthwhile causes is available from The Percy Bilton Charity. They aim to support disadvantaged young people under the age of 25, people with any kind of disability and older people (aged over 60). Only registered charities can apply. KidsOut

KidsOut has grant aid available to help disadvantaged children up to the age of 18 have fun. They provide a helpline for support on many issues, play opportunities and also small grants to individuals, families, schools and groups for the purchase of special play equipment, holidays, toys and outings.

Children in Need

Children in Need aims to make a positive difference to the lives of disadvantaged children and young people in the UK by funding not for profit organisations. There are 3 application deadlines a year.

The Clara E Burgess Charity

Grants are available to organisations from The Clara E Burgess Charity to support facilities and assistance to enhance the well-being of children particularly those under the age of 10 who have lost one or both parents. Grants are typically under £10,000. Applications can be made anytime and will be considered twice a year. For more information phone 01244 625810

The Bloss Family Foundation

The Bloss Family Foundation has funding available to groups in Devon, Dorset, Somerset and Surrey. Your project must help children and young people aged 18 or under from deprived backgrounds and/ or are mentally and/ or physically disabled to enjoy a better quality of life. The Variety Club Children’s Charity

The Variety Club Children's Charity has grants available to support not-for profit organisations or individuals working with sick, disabled or disadvantaged children up to 19 years of age. Successful grants include for wheelchairs, minibuses, attendance at events or attractions. Most grants are for less than £5,000. For more information phone 020 7428 8100.
