The tenant led scrutiny panel is a completely different way to get involved in how services are checked and improved. The panel’s role is to scrutinise our housing service and work with our housing review board and staff to make improvements where services are not meeting tenant’s needs or service standards.

The panel, which is independent, takes a detailed look at areas of service and then reports directly to the housing review board who consider their recommendations and agree an action plan to improve.
