At the Home Safeguard alarm centre we have a dedicated team of operators working on a rota system, to ensure that someone is available to answer your call 24-hours a day, every day of the year.

All staff are fully trained and live within East Devon so know the area extremely well, which can be of enormous benefit when dealing with an emergency situation.

Our operators respond to each call as appropriate and, if necessary, will call out the emergency services or other assistance. We record all our calls so that, in the unlikely event of any queries arising, we can double check exactly what was said and what action was taken.

We are accredited by the Telecare Services Association (TSA) - the industry body for telecare and telehealth - which shows that our service meets the requirements of a good alarm centre. 

 Thanks for all the help and the wonderful service provided when my wife had chest pains and needed an ambulance. We had only got the pendant a short while ago and were please with the quick service.
