We take various steps to make sure that we allocate our properties to the most appropriate person and follow up allegations of misuse. For all new tenants we take copies of photo identification or driving licence. Where there is no available photo ID we will take a photograph of each tenant.

Our estate management team investigate all cases of alleged fraud as a matter of priority. We work with other agencies and where appropriate take legal action under the terms of the tenancy agreement. This can result in repossessing the property and letting it to another family.
