Coaching helps people improve performance and gets better results than traditional models of management. Coaching is an essential managerial skill in a time where people need to be increasingly autonomous, flexible and self-directed. Command and Control is one way of leading a team but in a time of increasing change and transformation managers need to be able to enablers of others.

Workshop

On this course, you will learn about the development of coaching from its origins in the world of sport to its key role in business and professional development. You will learn the key skills of coaching and learn models and techniques that you can instantly take back to your team and use. You will also learn skills that will help you to have more effective challenging conversations with customers, clients and your own team.
