High Performing or High-Performance teams is a concept in Organisational Development to describe teams that are highly focused on their goals and achieve superior business results. They demonstrate high levels of innovation and collaboration. This ½ day course looks at the key ingredients of an HPT and how to create the conditions for success including the management of dispersed teams.

  • Understand the value of having a shared vision to create purpose and direction
  • Develop important feedback skills which help increase performance
  • Recognise the stages of team development and identify next steps for your team
  • Consider how to bring out the best in individuals and how to effectively manage teams remotely

To book on a course please email the course title and the date you wish to attend to the Learning and Development Team. Please also let us know if you have any special requirements or would like us to make reasonable adjustments in order that you can get the maximum benefit from the training.  

If no dates are scheduled you will be able to add your name onto a waiting list and you will be contacted when a date has been arranged. To register interest in a future course please email the Learning and Development Team with the title of the course you wish to attend.
