Course aims and objectives:

This interactive workshop introduces practical tools, including the
internationally acknowledged Wellness Recovery Action Planning (WRAP) approach, mindfulness and 5 Ways to Wellbeing. Looking from both organisational and individual perspectives, this half-day session covers how to help people maintain their wellbeing, identify if that level of wellbeing drops and what can be done to help.  Keeping Well at Work develops the themes first introduced in our Being Resilient workshop.
