What you can do if you haven't heard from us

What you can do if your application is unsuccessful
Please contact us to discuss why you have been refused consent or if you think we have asked for an unreasonable condition.
If you are not happy with our decision, you can appeal to the magistrates court. A court may give directions on the issue of a consent or on any conditions imposed.
You can also apply by completing this application form and sending it to us in the post or delivering it to our offices.
If you would like to come into the office and speak to us about your application then please telephone to make an appointment.
