2. Gambling application fees

All premises licences and many permits issued under the Gambling Act require application fees and annual fees to be paid. 

Where applicable the first annual fee must be paid no later than thirty days after the date that the licence or permit became effective, thereafter the annual fee must be paid before each anniversary that the licence or permit became effective. Failure to pay the fee shall result in immediate revocation of the licence or permit.
