Thelma Hulbert Gallery (THG) appeals to visitors to shop local this Christmas!

THG's selling exhibition, Present Makers 2018, features locally-made, contemporary gifts and was opened by Councillor Ian Thomas, Leader of East Devon District Council.

The opening took place on what would have been the 105th birthday of the artist Thelma Hulbert.

Councillor Thomas said:

Happy 105th Birthday to Thelma!

This new exhibition focusses on the talent of local contemporary designers. All of the work is for sale. I would like to thank all those involved with Present Makers 2018: the curator, staff, volunteers and exhibitors. I am confident that all the visitors will make this exhibition a great success.

I’m looking forward to joining you in seeking out that unique gift for a special friend.
