If you have received an application form offering a space or interested in the Mill Street car park for a 3 year lease then here are the documents for your perusal.

The 3 year lease agreement that you will be required to enter is in a standard form and not subject to negotiation.

The lease is to be excluded from the security of tenure provisions set out in the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 and the applicant will be required to complete the Simple Declaration, Statutory Declaration or Landlord Warning Notice as per note 3 on the application form depending on the individual or business circumstances.
