36. Stockland


Mr McGurk was appointed to examine the Lympstone Neighbourhood Plan, a process which commenced on 30 May 2016. The process was undertaken on the basis of considering the written material which forms the plan, its appendices and accompanying statements as well as any representations received in response to the formal consultations.

Submission of Plan to Local Authority- Regulation 16

Stockland Parish Council as the qualifying body  prepared and submitted the Stockland Neighbourhood Development Plan to East Devon District Council. The consultation on the plan ran until the 17th May 2016.

Neighbourhood Area Designation

Stockland Parish Council requested the whole of their parish be designated a neighbourhood area.  On 30 October 2013 the Stockland was designated a neighbourhood area.
