7. Other prior notification applications
Information for Prior approvals can be found at the Planning Portal website.
Application forms for some types of prior notifications, such as those for a larger home extension, are not available on the online system and are also not listed below. A form for these applications can be obtained from the Planning Portal.
Please note that these proposals could be subject to Community Infrastructure Levy if residential or retail uses are proposed. Therefore, an application should be accompanied by the Application Additional Information Requirement Form.
