4. National Trust Plans
Studies have been produced on behalf of The National Trust for Killerton House and A la Ronde that may be a material consideration when a planning application is determined and when a Statement of Significance in relation to that asset has been required (see Statement of Significance guidance notes - East Devon). The A la Ronde study was considered by the Council’s Development Management Committee on 21 April 2015.
