Once you have submitted your enquiry/repair form you will receive an automatically generated email confirming your submission which will contain a unique reference number. You should quote this number if you contact us regarding your enquiry/repair.
On receipt of your form, your enquiry/repair will either be allocated to a member of our internal Maintenance/Caretaking/Cleaning team or it will be allocated to a contractor as appropriate for the matter raised to be dealt with.
Once the matter raised has been concluded the in-house team or contractor will provide confirmation and the job will be ‘closed’ on our system which will automatically generate an email advising you that the repair/enquiry has been either ‘closed’ or ‘closed – actions arising’.
You can call our customer service centre at anytime quoting your unique reference number if you require an update on the status of your request.
We are aiming to have all repairs and enquiries reported using the web form for measuring and monitoring purposes.
However, if a repair/enquiry is urgent, or if you are unsure whether or not the form is the correct method for your particular requirements, you can email, phone, write or visit us and we will confirm whether or not a form is necessary/appropriate.
