Climate Conversations event to coincide with the opening of the exhibition 'COP: a photo essay by Terry Jeavons'.

Positive information and ideas about how you can make a difference to the planet from local environmental groups and East Devon's Climate Change Officer, Catherine Causley. Enjoy a new exhibition of photographs from key COP conferences to coincide with COP 26, Glasgow.

Enjoy a range of talks:

  • 4.15pm: Catherine Causley, Climate Change Officer '10 things we have done as a family to reduce our environmental impact'
  • 4.30pm: Vicky Whitworth, Chardstock Eco Group will talk about local community action and the challenges her village face relating to climate change.
  • 5pm: Terry Jeavons will introduce his exhibition and talk about his experiences at key COP summits, followed by a Q&A session.

Tickets are free, booking required.

Climate Conversations brings together local activists and project groups, with academics and artists specialising in these fields. This inspiring programme of talks and art activities is taking place in towns across East Devon including Exmouth, Sidmouth and Honiton. We are reflecting on four key themes: Nature, Food, Energy, Reduce/Reuse/Recycle.
