Local people were invited to share their views on 25 acres of land acquired by East Devon District Council for a new nature-rich, accessible green space.

The new green space is an important milestone in the creation of the Clyst Valley Regional Park. A public consultation was held from 7th February for six weeks until 20th March 2023. The consultation suggested draft proposals for habitat creation, a multi-use trail, network of circular paths and a small car park.

A drop-in event was held at Broadclyst Victory Hall on Thursday 16th February.

Thanks to everyone who shared their views in the consultation. These will now be collated and considered  fully, before a report will be compiled.
