Service Request a building control inspection
You can request a building control inspection in connection with your building regulations application using our online form.
Please ensure that you have a valid Building Regulations application before starting your work on site and using this form.
Once we have received your request, we will review it to see if we are able to meet your request. If we can, we will book your visit in and send you an email to confirm your visit details. If we are unable to meet your request, we will contact you to make alternative arrangements.
If we are unable to meet your request for any reason, we will contact you to discuss alternative arrangements.
Please only request an inspection when your stage of work is complete and ready for inspection. Additional charges may be applied where inspections are requested for works that are incomplete or are defective and require re-inspection.
