The Checklist and Guidance Document lists all the documents you need to prepare in order to complete your application and the the questions you will be asked.
We strongly recommend applicants to review this guidance and draft responses in a separate document before starting your application.
Please be aware that the application form will time-out if not submitted within 2 hours.

You will need to answer various questions and upload various documents to submit the form. Please review the Checklist before starting your application.
Once your application has been submitted, it will be reviewed and scored by the team. If eligible, the application will be presented to the next Panel meeting where councillors will make a final decision. Updates on your application will be communicated to you via email.
