The Innovation and Resilience Fund (Round 3) has now closed for expressions of interest (EOI). If your EOI has been approved, you have until the 24th of May to submit your full bid.
The scheme has now closed for new EOIs. You can only submit a full bid application if you have received an email confirming your EOI has been approved by a member of the IRF Team. All full bids must be sent back to irf@eastdevon.gov.uk with any supporting document by the 24th of May 2024.

To submit an Expression of Interest, you will need company details, such as your address, a recent bank statement, and a registered number. Our checklist provides you with a list of the required information.
After your expression of interest has been reviewed by an officer, you will receive an email confirming your eligibility. If you are successful, this email will include a link to the full bid application form. All full bids must be completed and returned to irf@eastdevon.gov.uk by the 24th of May.
