A rateable value normally represents the annual rental value of a non-domestic property on a set valuation date in the open market.
Current rateable values, which came into effect on 1 April 2017 represent rental values as at 1 April 2015.
The Valuation Office Agency (VOA) has a list of business rate valuations for you to check the 2017 and 2010 rateable value for a property. You can also:
- compare your valuation with others
- amend your property details
- appeal your valuation or find your appeal information
