1. Search for a Business Rates rateable value

A rateable value normally represents the annual rental value of a non-domestic property on a set valuation date in the open market.

Current rateable values, which came into effect on 1 April 2017 represent rental values as at 1 April 2015.

The Valuation Office Agency (VOA) has a list of business rate valuations for you to check the 2017 and 2010 rateable value for a property. You can also:

  • compare your valuation with others
  • amend your property details
  • appeal your valuation or find your appeal information

We may not yet have been notified of any recent amendments to the Rating List.
