2. Revaluation 2023
The VOA has compiled a new rating list with updated rateable values as part of a revaluation effective 1 April 2023. The revaluation reflects changes in property values that have occurred since the last revaluation six years ago, including the impact of the COVID pandemic.
Revaluations maintain fairness in the system and are not carried out to generate extra revenue.
