Service Request work experience
With the restrictions in place surrounding the COVID-19 virus East Devon District Council are no longer able to offer work experience for students. We will therefore be cancelling all placements agreed so far and not be taking any further requests until further notice.
What is work experience?
Work experience is a placement for a period of one or two weeks and is unpaid.
It provides you with a taster to work in a chosen field and to give you insight into whether you would like to make this your career in the future.
You will be working with professionals who will show you the different aspects of the job.
You should be prepared to interact with the team, help with tasks and demonstrate an enthusiasm for learning.
