The original Orders, made in 2023, required several amendments to address specific issues identified since their implementation. To ensure these changes reflected the views of our communities, we conducted a public consultation to gather feedback and inform the proposed variations.
Update
We are pleased to provide an update on the Public Spaces Protection Orders (PSPOs) amendments consultation for Kilmington Playing Field and Allhallows Playing Field, Honiton.
Following a the public consultation, East Devon District Council's Cabinet has agreed to the proposed amendments. These are that there is a dog exclusion requirement covering the sports pitches at Allhallows and that there is a dog on lead requirement at Kilmington playing field and dog exclusion requirement at the children’s play area.
We appreciate the input from all who participated in the consultation,
There will be a full review of all three of our PSPOs early next year and you will be able to participate in a public consultation when that goes live.
