We are committed to having a coherent reward strategy which we believe is a central part of our efforts to control employment costs in line with budgetary requirements. It is also vital in the drive for quality, improvement and productivity.
Our policies show how we manage the pay of our most senior staff and at the same time ensure fair rewards by highlighting the need to safeguard the lowest paid.
In accordance with the local government transparency code we publish data relating to senior salaries.
