Tracy became Chief Executive on June 1, 2024, after serving as Director of Housing, Health, and Environment since July 2023.
With experience in various roles across local and central government, Tracy is passionate about developing services that meet the needs of both customers and staff.
Her current focus is on supporting staff to provide quality services and working closely with the proactive cabinet.
As a people person, Tracy is committed to ensuring high standards for customers while helping teams thrive at EDDC.
