8. Awareness and accessibility

We recognise that the effectiveness of its Anti-Bribery Policy and its general credibility will depend largely on the effectiveness of programmed training and responsiveness of staff throughout the organisation. To facilitate this, we support training for Members and particularly for staff involved in internal control systems to ensure that their responsibilities and duties in this respect are regularly highlighted and reinforced.

In addition, the Monitoring Officer will maintain a record of reports of suspected fraud, bribery and corruption and report to Strategic Management Team on a regular basis so that they are aware of issues.
