Learn about the traditional edible, medicinal and practical use of native plants and enjoy sampling tempura and a soup with noddles on a walk, talk and cook-up with Chris Holland, a leading inspiration in the field of nature connection and creative outdoor learning for families, schools and businesses. He has been involved in outdoor learning for 20 years, and became a self employed educator in 2001.
