Information Polling Place Review 2019
Content
Under the Representation of the People Act 1983 (as amended by the Electoral Registration and Administration Act 2013) we are required to undertake a statutory review of our Parliamentary polling districts and polling places.
The Act also requires that we consult widely before reaching a decision on preferred polling district and polling place arrangements. In addition, the Acting Returning Officer for each constituency is required to submit his or her own proposals for future electoral arrangements.
