5. Vote by postal proxy

If you have appointed someone to act as your proxy but they live too far from your polling station to vote in person, they can apply for a postal proxy vote.

You will need to allow enough time to submit your proxy application and for your proxy to apply for and then submit their application for a postal proxy vote.

The registration form and other application forms are available in large print, Braille, audio tape and languages other than English. Forms can also be accepted scanned or digitally signed by email and fax.
