- We work closely with estate management
- We support them to deliver community events for example the first Christmas fete in Newton Poppleford
- We link up to deliver estate improvements for particular housing estates
- We discuss specific issues arising in areas where we jointly work
- We often work with mobile support officers, who work with sheltered tenants
- We work closely with them in Lymebourne Park, Arcot Park, Trumps Court and Lowerbrook Meadow,Sidmouth; Millwey, Axminster and Powell Close, Seaton
- We support the Annual Tenants' Art Exhibition
- We stay in touch about events and opportunities that could involve sheltered tenants
- We have officers from different departments supporting our youth clubs and festivals, including from waste management, environmental health, Streetscene and the Thelma Hulbert Gallery
- We work with Wild East Devon (the countryside team) in a number of different ways:
- We have jointly develop new community orchards and open spaces
- A countryside outreach worker often visits our SWITCH youth clubs and joins us at community events and festivals
- We promote their events to tenants and sponsor free places on many events
- We jointly design and deliver some one-off engagement events
