Early Help is a multi-agency forum which discusses individual young people and the families who need extra support. The multi-agency part means that professionals who know the young person and their family come together and share their insights. They then develop an action plan for supporting the family.

Community development workers are involved in these forums as they can offer a different perspective on families they know. They may also signpost to other services in the area.
