We deliver long and short-term initiatives, as well as individual events, on our estates which are likely to benefit from our work.

  • We deliver SWITCH youth programmes in Littleham Exmouth, Millwey Axminster and Heathpark Honiton
  • We support a Ladies Fitness group in Littleham, Exmouth
  • We are currently consulting residents and helping to guide the refurbishment of the Clayton House Community Centre so that it better serves the needs of its community
  • We are working with Streetscene and a tenant champion on our Littleham estate to enrich area both for people and wildlife and to improve biodiversity.

    We are seeking resident representatives, especially from the Littleham area, to take the lead in planning for the future.

  • We run events and support the tenants' associations in Lymebourne, Sidmouth; Powell Close/Manor Road/Harepath Road, Seaton and Lower Brook Meadow, Sidmouth
  • We support and run events from three community orchards across the district: Littleham, Moormead (Budleigh Salterton), and Millwey.
