PUBLIC NOTICE: Building Control Fees & Charges Increasing
Pursuant to The Building (Local Authority Charges) Regulations 2010, East Devon District Council hereby give notice, as required by Regulation 12 of the aforementioned Regulations, that it’s charging scheme has been revised in relation for Building Control applications and certain prescribed functions under the Building Regulations 2010.
The revised fees and charges comes into operation on the 21st October 2024 and will apply until further notice.
The charges scheme may be inspected free of charge during office hours at the Council Offices, Blackdown House, Border Road, Honiton EX14 1EJ.
