Tenant and Resident Associations
Content
Tenants /Residents’ associations are an organised group of residents who live in the same community. They work together to make the places where they live better. They can be a great way of finding out what everyone in your area thinks. When everyone comes together, it gives you a stronger voice, and helps build better relationships with your landlord and other agencies.
Residents' Associations play an important role in building local communities, contributing to our policies and shaping the delivery of services to our tenants.
Residents' Associations focus on:
- housing concerns
- community issues
- the local environment
- local issues
You could join a tenant or resident association or start an association yourself.
