The Home Safeguard service is run by us. It allows users to live independently, safe in the knowledge that help will reach them quickly if needed - 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
The telecare alarm service uses technology to enable older people, those living with long-term conditions or anyone else who may be vulnerable because of their specific needs, such as younger people with learning disabilities, live independently at home.
