The home safeguard system is easy to install and use. All you need is a phone line and plug socket.

There are two key pieces of equipment – the base unit, which links via your telephone line to our monitoring centre, and the personal alarm (pendant) which you wear either around your neck or on your wrist. When pressed this activates the base unit to make a call to the centre.

Activate the alarm in an emergency and one of our operators will respond within 60 seconds.

They will assess the situation and call for help from one of your contacts or emergency services when necessary.
