4. What you should do if you are concerned your home may have asbestos
If you are intending to carry out work in your home, or you are concerned about possible asbestos in the property, then you must first contact us and we will tell you where asbestos has been identified in your home or similar properties.
You must not disturb the material yourself or allow other persons or contractors to disturb this material until it has been shown that the material in question does not contain asbestos. We will advise you of any special precautions to take.
If you are at all concerned that you might have damaged asbestos in your property you must contact the repairs team immediately on 01395 517458.
