1. Living in your home
You should use the property only as a private dwelling house (unless you have obtained our permission to run a business) and as your only or principal home. You must not use your home for any improper, illegal, immoral or anti-social purpose or commit an offence in your home or local area, which could lead to a conviction.
We ask that you act in a responsible manner at all times and have respect for the property, the surroundings and the neighbours. The responsibilities and conditions of the tenancy agreement apply to you, members of your household and any other person living or visiting your home including children.
If you know that you will be leaving the property unoccupied for more than 28 days please write to our estate management team to let us know when you intend to return.
