1. Ways to pay your rent and other charges
You can pay your home or garage rent and any other charges in any of the following ways:
By direct debit or standing order
Please check with your bank or building society that your account will accept this payment method. Contact the housing rental team for more details on how to set up a bank direct debit or standing order.
Our current Direct Debits are set monthly and we have a choice of 1st, 8th, 15th or 22nd of each month.
At any post office
Using your rent card at any post office - you will not have to pay any counter fee. The cashier will scan the barcode and hand you a receipt for the amount that you have paid. You may also be able to use it at your local Paypoint or Payzone outlets. All you need to do then is record the date of your payment and keep your receipts in a safe place.
By telephone
